Programmes

Accomplice provides a range of programmes to support personal and group learning in a range of areas.  Select from the range, according to your needs.  These range from the group-based development programmes, one-to-one or tutorial advancement programmes through to our ‘taster’ inspire workshops and speed-coaching sessions.  Alternatively, contact us and we will shape a programme to your specific requirements.

Development Programmes

Hosted by your organisation or by Accomplice, our one and two day development programmes accommodate 12-16 people.   All programmes can, however, be customised to your requirements.

Our standard programmes comprise several ‘units’ each with their own learning objectives. You can commission the whole programme or alternatively, select the unit most pertinent – beginning with the first unit building from there at your own pace.

Whether standard or shaped to your specific requirements, we confirm your objectives for the programme well ahead of delivery.  We also assess the needs of the participants and invite your input into their personal learning objectives.

Each unit  relays best practice, building upon the participant’s  level of expertise. Our methods include a combination of highly interactive activities as well as reflective exercises, group discussion, case studies and simulations, virtual learning and feedback.

At the end of the commission, each participant completes an evaluation of the programme and their learning which we feedback to you.

We find this approach leads to greater participant engagement and achievement as well as more sustainability learning outcomes.

Advancement Programmes

Our popular Advancement Programmes start each new season and consists of a series of  ‘one-to-one’ sessions with a development consultant.  Up to eight in number,  sessions are usually held fortnightly at the Accomplice premises. The aim is to accelerate the participant’s professional or personal development in one or more areas of management.  They are also used to support those who are new to the NHS as well as those returning to work after a career break or period of unemployment.

Mirroring the content and approach of our Development Programmes, this programme differs in being arranged around the participant’s needs in every dimension.  Not only tailored to their objectives, the programme is delivered at the time and pace required by the participant.  Learning and development techniques, include mentoring and coaching, as well as  additional resources are made available to the participant. The latter includes access to the relevant Accomplice Activity Centre where reflective exercises, templates and tools are available to assist them.

To add further value to the learning experience, in some instances participants may wish to bring a work-based assignment to deliver during the programme.  In fact, many select this programme to gain support in delivering a particular initiative.    This can be anything from developing their team,  devising a strategy or marketing plan,  reviewing their staff structure, managing a project through to updating their CV.

Inspire Series

Workshops from our Inspire Series are uniquely shaped to cover the subject of your choice for the event you have in mind, the time available and the people you are inviting.

These information-packed, interactive events last for anything up to three hour.  They provide a good taster session on any given development area.

Speed coaching

Our 15 minute Speed Coaching sessions lend a new dimension to your conferences and events. They can also provide your staff with a little confidential support over, say, a lunchtime or early evening. Through they you can sample the quality and style of our services.

Participants are always pleasantly surprised at the ground they can cover in just a few minutes.
