Structured around the process of producing a strategic plan, our Strategy Foundation Programme is for those wanting better understanding of the concepts and consider its practical application to their organisation or service. Appropriate for senior managers in any industry.
Accomplice has also designed a parallel foundation programme specific to the NHS – ‘Strategic Management for the NHS‘. The programme runs as a stand alone course but is also commissioned by NHS Trusts – where learning can be applied and a strategic plan sketched for the specific service or organisation.
Strategy Advancement Programme
