At Accomplice, we encourage all managers and staff to continue their professional development (CPD) – and be able to evidence their life-long learning.
Undertaking professional development on an ongoing basis not only yields benefits to ourselves in progressing our careers but also has advantages for those who work with us, our organisations, our partners, customers and the society.
Whatever our job or profession, being able to demonstrate our CPD increases our confidence in our work and the service we provide.
Workshops
To support you and your staff in their CPD we offer a two hour, interactive workshop (hosted by Accomplice or your organisation) that provides greater understanding of the meaning, benefits and tools that CPD offers to:
- motivate individuals in reaching their potential within their current role and chose caree;
- enable managers to promote CPD within the organisation and support workforce development; and
- ensure organisations succeed in delivering effective services to their stakeholders.
Effective CPD – Increased Success
To further CPD development we can provide a three hour, CPD interactive workshop to provide a solid grounding in CPD. This workshop is a must for all those wishing to be successful at work and in their career and a ‘double must’ for those responsible for managing others.
Learning Objectives include:
- Know what CPD is – and review the tools and techniques available;
- Understand the process for effective delivery of CPD within the workplace; and
- Appreciate the wide range of benefits CPD brings – to you and to your organisation, your patients, your public and beyond.

What our customers say
“Having been part of its development as a CHEC masterclass, I can vouch for this excellent workshop which focuses on how and why managers can and should look at their own development”
