Accomplice works with you to hone your career skills from identifying what you want to maximising your performance in selection processes. Our programmes are designed for those who want to steer their careers proactively, are thinking of changing career direction as well as those who want to prepare ahead for those enviable job opportunities that arise.

At Accomplice, we encourage individuals to

  • think ahead to the middle and longer-term
  • pay heed to their home-life aspirations alongside their career ambitions
  • be explicit about their career goal and the life adjustments, capability and competency required
  • consider the impact of their personal values and the changing world upon their career choices (not just their potential contribution to the workplace)

We believe that sound analysis fuels an individual’s career plan and, in turn, their applications and confidence in selection. We ‘release’ you ready, able and confident to drive your own career.

  • to accomplish your own career and personal development objectives – take control of your career, change direction or build your career skills
  • as part of your succession planning, reward and development and staff retention policies and practices – see your managers progress to more senior roles and executive posts.
  • ensure staff are placed in more fitting roles, supported through periods of restructuring – watch your staff adopt a proactive approach to their role, career and personal development

Career Development Programme

Our career development programme accommodates 12-16 people. Combining best practice with reflective exercises, participants achieve and sustain outstanding career skills. For maximum benefits, book the full programme covering:

Alternatively, select the unit most pertinent to you at this point in time – ideally beginning with the first unit – and build from there at your own pace.

Organisations commission this programme for their staff during periods of reorganisation.

Career Advancement Programme

Our popular Career Advancement Programme starts each new season. A series of four plus personalised and confidential one-to-one sessions – usually held fortnightly.

The sessions focus on your overall goal to accelerate your career progression and stimulate personal development. They may reflect the career units (in our Career Development Programme, above) or be something of your own choosing. Enrolment includes access to our online career activities centre where reflective exercises, templates and tools are available to assist you.

Each programme is shaped according to the individual’s needs (and, where relevant managerial and organisational objectives).

Inspire Series

Workshops from our Inspire Series are uniquely shaped to cover the ‘career’ subject of your choice for the event you have in mind, the time available and the people you are inviting. These information-packed workshops provide a good taster session on any given career development area. Each interactive event draws from career:accomplice philosophy and materials to inspire you (and others) to, for example, ‘Plan Ahead for Your Career’ or ‘Market Yourself: Develop Your CV’.

Speed coaching

Our 15 minute Speed Coaching sessions lend a new dimension to your conferences and events, provide your staff with a little confidential career support over, say, a lunchtime or sample our services. Participants are always pleasantly surprised at the ground they can cover in just a few minutes.
