Productive leader programme
Facilitation of the Productive Leader Programme is now amongst the services we can offer. This NHS Institute programme uses process management principles to release time in the schedules of our busy leaders. We accepted our first commission in July, beginning with an assessment of the Executive and PA ‘team’ workload needs – so that we can customise the Programme and deliver the required benefits as efficiently as possible.
