Annual update
What has Accomplice been up to?
In the last financial year Accomplice are pleased to have completed a lot of great projects including:
- Completed the evaluation of a local Workforce Development Training Programme and a large PALS in the north of England;
- Facilitated the first part of the Productive Leaders Programme for a local PCT. We were given the freedom to adapt the programme so it was delivered more efficiently. Happy to share and hear about your experience of this programme;
- Used our analytical and report-writing skills in the collation of the public’s response to a local consultation on the commissioning of new dental practices;
- Launched a second Advancement Programme – Marketing Advancement Programme – 6-8 personal or small group tutorials flexed around your availability to fast track learning on marketing and draw together a marketing plan for your special area or service; and
- Continued the popular Career Advancement Programme – a series of personal development sessions to support you or your staff confirm career direction, next moves, learning and development needs or land that successful interview.
