Accomplice seeks continually to extend its range of resources and facilities available to assist you in reaching your goals. Our resources include:
- Short Training Courses delivered on the Accomplice premises or commissioned as in-house, bespoke courses. Those that are available for you to book appear in events
- Coaching programmes - including speed coaching sessions (in conference settings or on the employer’s premises) and, our specialty, the Accomplice Career Coaching Programme
- Tool kits and interactive manuals enabling you or your staff to lead developments more effectively - including the Accomplice Team Audit Assessment Tool: a comprehensive way to assess a your team’s development needs and the World Class Commissioning Competency Assessment Tool to support NHS Commissioners;
- Sample plans to stimulate your ideas around structure and content - such as the NHS Service Strategy and NHS Marketing Plan for the Physiotherapy Service of the fictitious ‘United Rothshire Hospitals NHS Trust’, produced through our facilitated learning programmes
- Links, downloads and articles for improving your efficiency and effectiveness at work and in your career: effective e-mails; tips for progressing your career
We are also able to offer various other facilities:
- hire of seminar rooms and conference facilities
- event administration and resources
- confidential facilities (and mail boxes) for staff or delegate views
