The strategy:accomplice programme provides an introduction to strategic management for participants wanting to ‘demystify’ the jargon - and explore its practical application to their service or organisation. Appropriate for senior managers in any industry. The application of this programme to the NHS, other Public and Third Sectors has been of particular value.

Build your strategic perspective and strategic management skills with a series of coaching sessions focused on your agreed objective.
Try out our service on site or liven up your event with speed-coaching sessions - offering delegates the chance to present and work through a strategic management issue.
Consultancy
Practical advice and hands-on support to your organisation and its service leads in producing their marketing plans. We design an approach that suits your situation, ensures ownership of the final plan and meets any need for skill-transfer to your staff .
Our consultancy includes identifying the most appropriate forums in which key issues are addressed. These may include facilitated learning sessions, learning sets or one-to-one coaching.

Structured around the process of producing a marketing plan, our Foundation Programme in Strategic Management is for those wanting to ‘demystify’ the concepts and consider its practical application to their specific organisation or service.
Accomplice has also designed a parallel foundation ‘Strategy in the NHS ‘ programme. The programme runs as a stand alone course but is also commissioned ’in house’ by NHS Trusts - where learning can be applied and a marketing plan developed for the specific service or organisation.
