Coaching and Mentoring
Accelerate your marketing expertise with a series of coaching or mentoring sessions with a marketing consultants. Both are also great ‘follow-ons’ from one of our short courses.
- Work with a coach to focus your knowledge and learning, establish direction and increase your confidence in leading and delivering marketing strategies for your service or organisation.
- Book in with a mentor - for increased support as you design and lead the marketing process for your organisation. Focus on your agreed objective(s), the consultant will guide you through the process of developing your marketing plan and ideas.

Consultancy
Practical advice and hands-on support to your organisation and its service leads in producing their marketing plans. We design an approach that suits your situation, ensures ownership of the final plan and meets any need for skill-transfer to your staff .
Our consultancy includes identifying the most appropriate ways in which marketing may be addressed and learning transmitted through your organisation. OUr practice may involve a range of media: facilitated learning sessions, learning sets or one-to-one coaching.
Courses
Structured around the process of producing a marketing plan, our Marketing Foundation Programme (or refresher) course is for those wanting to ‘demystify marketing’ and consider its practical application to their specific organisation or service.
Accomplice has also designed a parallel foundation ‘Marketing in the NHS ‘ programme. This programme runs as a stand alone course but is also commissioned by NHS Elect for their partners. We also adapt the programme for NHS Trusts to use ‘in house’ - producing an outline marketing plan for their specific service ‘line’ or organisation as a bi-product.
Accomplice is now seeking to adapt the programme for the Voluntary (Third) Sector and Social Enterprises. Interested parties should contact nicky.spencer@accomplice.uk.com.
Customised events
Subject to your requirements, the time available and the people you are inviting, we design and deliver inspirational ‘taster’ workshops and seminars to motivate and educate you and your workforce. Our ‘Inspire’ range on marketing themes include the 10 Top Tips for NHS Marketeers - as well as speed coaching.
