Career

Career:accomplice aims to hone your career skills and maximise your performance in selection processes. It’s designed for all professionals who want to steer their careers proactively, those thinking of changing career direction and those who want to prepare ahead for those enviable job opportunities that arise.

As well as individuals, the variety of programmes enables organisations to commission them - as part of their succession planning to reward and develop performing employees, to assist some staff to look for more fitting roles - and to support the workforce through periods of organisational restructuring.

Here, we present you with our range of career courses, on line facilities, links, articles and latest news. And for those who have enrolled on any of our programmes - the career:accomplice activity centre.

Courses

Our courses serve a three-fold purpose, supporting:

  • individuals who want to take control of their career, change direction or build their career skills
  • managers who want to make the most of all their team: watch as your staff adopt a proactive approach to their role, career and personal development
  • organisations with a responsible attitude to succession planning: see your managers accelerate their progression into more senior roles and executive posts.

Each career development initiatives can be hosted at Accomplice’s venue - or at your own. Choose a:
