Team Compentency Audit
Accomplice is rolling out the increasingly popular Accomplice Team Competency Audit. The ‘on line’ version enables team members and colleagues to complete the audit survey in situ.
Use the tool to assess your team’s stage in development against 12 characteristics of strong teams. Use the results to create a meaningful development programme to address the team’s needs.
