Upgrade to Personal Development Programmes
We aim to provide high quality development experiences and be able to measure our results. So, we have made a number of changes to the Accomplice personal development programmes.
In these ‘one to one’ sessions (which range from coaching and mentoring through to management tutorials and learning sets), you now have opportunity to access:-
- discreet on line activity centre
- our dedicated, private meeting room - a fresh, clear place for inspiration and discussion
- use our lounge and study area as well as the Bistro - to complete pre and post session activities, meet with colleagues or take refreshments
From the Autumn onwards, we have been introducing more an online application systems and improvements to the measurements to assess the development of Accomplice programme participants.
All this is to be provided within the existing fee.
