Winter Career Advancement Programme

With the Autumn programme now full, bookings for the Winter Career Advancement Programme are now being taken. This one-to-one programme serves a three-fold purpose:
- For individuals who want to take control of their career, change direction or build their career skills: shed your old ways this autumn and realise brand new ambitions in 2009.
- For use by managers who want to make the most of all their team: watch your staff take stock over the autumn and adopt a proactive approach to their role, career and personal development in the New Year
- For organisations with a responsible attitude to succession planning: see your managers assess their career over the autumn and, further envisioned, accelerate their progression into more senior roles and executive posts during 2009 and beyond.
