The career:accomplice programme aims to hone your career skills and maximise your performance in selection processes. Designed for all professionals who want to steer their careers proactively, those thinking of changing job or career direction, and those who want to prepare for enviable job opportunities that arise unexpectedly. The interactive training combines good practice with reflective exercises to achieve outstanding career skills - and keep them finely tuned.
The final Unit 3, of this three-part programme, is selection:accomplice. The unit aims to build participants confidence in their performance by ensuring they understand, practice and learn from:
- common selection methods and general principles for preparing for them
- the range of interview processes (including competency-based interviews)
- types of questions that you may be asked
- the outcomes - however favourable - of a selection process
The extended (day) programme allows participants to take part in role play activities.
